Walk of Shame Essentials

Whether its a “walk of shame” or a “stride of pride” the morning after isn’t usually one of your most beautiful moments. Having a few necessities with you though can really help you save face. Ladies, go grab that cute little clutch and start packing!

Concealer – My favorite for a long night out is Benefit Boi-ing Concealer, its got major masking powers for whatever you need to keep hidden.

Mascara – I like to use a blue mascara on days when I need a quick fix, Buxom Lash is my top pick. This has a very stiff brush which helps to separate the lashes and remove any clumping that may have happened during the previous night.

Toothbrush –  You don’t want to be remembered as the girl with stinky breath, and it doesn’t make the awkward morning after goodbye kiss any better, either.

Cream Blush – Unless whomever you just woke up next to is blush inducing, you probably need to add some color to a sallow complexion. A cream blush is going to blend into the skin and look the most natural, my favorite is Bobbi Brown’s Rouge Pot.

Nude Lip Stick – Nude lipstick is the finishing touch, it can totally transform the way your face looks. Taking blotchy red lips and making them stand out a bit less has a huge effect.

It’s always so easy to spot the girl on a Sunday morning walk of shame, unless of course her walk to God includes a skanky dress and smeary red lipstick. You don’t want to be that girl. Whether its a walk of shame or a stride of pride, you need the essentials.
